| The Springfield College School of Human Services invites applications for the position of Assistant Director for Recruitment and Admissions for its new Southern California Campus.

The Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions is the director of all aspects of recruitment and admissions of undergraduate and graduate adult students at the Southern California Campus. The individual is responsible for the development of a multi-year recruitment/marketing plan consistent with the institution mission; oversight of all functions of admissions, chairs the admissions committee, and conducts open houses/information sessions for prospective students. Additional responsibilities include event planning, community outreach, and participation in new student orientations.

Position Qualifications:
| Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred; minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education and/or human services; excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities; ability to handle sensitive, confidential information in a mature, professional manner; eager to be part of a collaborative work group and program focused on social change. Travel, weekend work, and valid driver’s license required.
