Position Description:
| Springfield College seeks applications for the Director of the Master’s degree program in Marriage and Family Therapy. Responsibilities include: coordinating the program, recruiting and advising students, developing and monitoring internship sites, updating curriculum with regard to licensing standards, and teaching 3-4 courses per semester in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy.

Position Qualifications:
| Successful candidates for this tenure track position must have a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Counseling Psychology with a background in Marriage and Family Therapy and must be licensed or license-eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts. AAMFT approved supervisor preferred. The College seeks candidates with demonstrated skills and experience in provision of marriage and family therapy, program administration, teaching, and scholarship. Appointment will be at either the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. Preference will be given to candidates who are effective at developing and assessing learning outcomes and who have demonstrated multicultural competence.
