Payment

Payment must be received before any service is rendered. Cash and credit cards cannot be accepted.

In determining the fee to be charged, the College Archivist will have final judgment regarding whether the photograph is to be used for College, not-for-profit, or for-profit purposes.

Photocopying

All material from archival or manuscript collections will be copied by the College Archivist staff and cost $.20 each. If the copies are mailed to the patron an additional fee of $ 3.50 ($5.00 for international orders) is charged (the minimum total fee is $5.00). If a large amount of copying is requested, cost is estimated at $75 per inch of material.

Scanning

The Archives can provide digital copies of pictorial and printed material. Scanned images can be up to 600 dpi, in black and white or color, and in the image format of your choice (jpeg, tiff etc). Images can be burned onto CD for no extra charge. Self-service scanning is not permitted. Scans cost the full price listed below for the first 10 scans and then there is a $2.00 discount for each scan over 10.

• Not-for-profit use: $10.00 per new scan.
• For-profit use:: $25.00 per new scan.

Audio and Video Reproductions

Not-for-profit use:

VHS to VHS or DVD $30.00 16mm to VHS or DVD $50.00 LP record to CD $20.00 Reel-to-reel audiotape to CD $40.00

For-profit use: Add $50 to the above rates.

Television and Video Filming

$100.00 plus $10.00 per image. This service is avilable only at the discretion of the College Archivist.
