SOTA President Casey Whittaker:

The Occupational Therapy National Student Conclave is a great opportunity for students to become involved at the national level. My classmates and I were able to network with other students and leaders, learn about the current issues facing occupational therapy, and amplify our excitement about the profession. We were even lucky enough to get our picture taken with American Occupational Therapy Association President Florence Clark!

The Student Occupational Therapy Association engages in service activities within and outside the College. We also participate in fund-raising for a variety of causes, including providing some help for SC occupational therapy students to attend the American Occupational Therapy Conference each April. The 2013 AOTA Conference is being held in San Diego!
