SPRINGFIELD, Mass., July 17, 2006 – Springfield College has appointed David L. C. McMahon as director of the United Campus Ministry and Spiritual Life Center. McMahon, who has taught at Boston University School of Theology since 2000 and recently was pastor at Wakefield Lynnfield United Methodist Church in Wakefield, Mass., succeeds Fr. Leo James K. He has been active professionally and personally in interfaith dialogue and action, and in guiding students to consider how their faith, education and experience support each other.
