Sport and Exercise Psychology The strength and conditioning graduate program prepares students to work with athletes as strength and conditioning coaches in the secondary school, collegiate, professional and private settings by developing the skills and knowledge to design physiologically sound programs to enhance athletic performance and the coaching skills needed to implement those programs. Coursework is both practical and research based and all students will complete multiple fieldwork experiences.
