Antivirus Update Instructions

We recently moved our ITS Department pages. If you are not redirected, click here. Instructions for Updating McAfee 8.0 for Windows 2000 and Windows Xp.

1. You can do one of the following:

• Right click on the icon near your computers clock and select "virusscan console"
• Click start then navigate to programs, then network associates then "virusscan console"

2. Once you have the console open click auto update and then push the green button.

3. Once the update process is complete the update window will automatically close.
