Springfield College alum Julia Girman G’11 (MS), Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Director of Operations at Conca Sport and Fitness, received the Student Research Award for her poster presentation at the National Strength and Conditioning Conference in Las Vegas for the poster "Girman, J.C., Effects of cluster sets on endocrine hormones, blood lactate, and lower body power during hypertrophy training."
