The Executive Master’s Program at Springfield College School of Human Services has prepared nearly 100 senior YMCA executives for leading their organizations toward creative change. During four residencies over an 18-month period, executives design and present action-research projects that’ll impact their YMCA communities. What Executive Master’s Program participants find, is that their visions for the future and leadership capabilities are transformed in the process of earning their master’s degrees.
