Springfield College to Open New School of Human Services California Campus in 2012
Springfield College will be consolidating its San Diego and Los Angeles campuses and relocating to open a new School of Human Services campus on September 1, 2012. The new Southern California Campus will be centrally located in Orange County and will continue the School's service to the San Diego and Los Angeles areas while being additionally accessible to other southern California communities, including all of Orange County as well as the Inland Empire and Riverside County. All currently enrolled students will be guaranteed enrollment at the new campus.A hallmark of the School of Human Services is community partnership. The development of this new campus will enhance the College's partnership with the YMCA in southern California. It will also allow Springfield College to serve as a resource to human service agencies in a greater number of communities, and to expand the educational opportunities available to students in the area.
