Professional Interests |
My research has focused on the cellular basis of aging, with emphasis on the role of protein turnover in the aging process in cultured cells as well as mammalian models. My current research includes the use of cultured human fibroblasts to study the effect of nutritional interventions on cellular aging and the accumulation of cellular damage. |
