Due To Winter Weather, Bridgewater Invitational Cancelled For Wrestling

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (February 1, 2008) – Due to the winter storm that is due to hit the Northeast on Friday evening, the Springfield College wrestling team's meet at Bridgewater State on Saturday afternoon has been cancelled.

There is no make-up date scheduled yet.

Head coach Darryl Arroyo's squad will return to action on Sunday afternoon when it hosts TCNJ in Dana Gymnasium.

Head Coach Jason Holder

Jason Holder will enter his second season as head wrestling coach in 2012. Holder had a standout first season at the helm of the Pride, leading Springfield to the NEWA Duals Championship and taking three wrestlers to the NCAA Championships. Read more.
