Carmody Named NEWMAC Player Of The Week

Holly Carmody was selected as the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) co-Player of the Week in women’s lacrosse.
Carmody, who hails from
Wayland, Mass., was also named to WomensLacrosse.com's weely honor roll.
Carmody tallied nine goals and two assists in a 2-1 week for the Pride (5-3, 2-0 NEWMAC). She netted five goals, including the game-tying goal and the overtime game-winner, as the Pride downed Wellesley, 12-11, on Saturday to remain undefeated in NEWMAC play at 3-0. Carmody had a goal and an assist in a 14-3 win over conference rival Smith on Tuesday, while totaling three goals in a 15-5 loss at Williams on Thursday.
Carmody is among the NEWMAC leaders in goals per game (2.62) and points per game (2.88).
