Brian Thompson PhD, ATC, CSCS has been the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Springfield College since the summer of 2010 and a full time faculty member since 1998. He first started working in the field of strength and conditioning in 1992 and has trained athletes at the middle school, high school, collegiate, professional, and olympic levels. He currently supervises the strength and conditioning program design and implementation for 18 teams at Springfield College. His competitive sports background includes power lifting, wrestling, and college football.
