Men's Volleyball Set For National Title Defense This Weekend

Springfield, Mass. - April 24, 2014 - The Springfield men's volleyball team (24-8) was selected to the 2014 NCAA Division III National Championship Tournament as the overall No. 1 seed and will take on Endicott in the national quarterfinals on Friday, April 25. Men's Volleyball Lands Program-Best Four AVCA First-Team All-America Selections

Lexington, Ky. - April 21, 2014 - The Springfield College men's volleyball team had a program record four student-athletes earn American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Men's Division III First-Team All-America recognition. Middle blocker Jimmy O'Leary (Reading, Pa.), setter Keaton Pieper (Dallas, Texas), outside hitter Luis Vega (Corozal, Puerto Rico), and libero Nick Ferry (Valencia, Calif.) were all honored with the national honor.
