Meg Bradley: Field Hockey

Meg Bradley
Meg Bradley has been chosen as the Springfield College Female Maroon Club Athlete of the Week after she scored a game tying goal and assisted the game winning goal in the field hockey's overtime victory in the NEWMAC tournament semifinals against Wellesley College.

The Cumberland, R.I. product sent the semifinal match into overtime when she found the back of the cage with 1:09 left in regulation. Just 1:47 into the overtime period, Bradley assisted the winning goal to send the Pride to the NEWMAC Championship.

The Pride would eventually fall to second-ranked MIT, 4-2 in the NEWMAC Championship game.

For the season, Bradley ranks fourth on the team in points (16) off six goals and four assists
