



Centerville, Mass. - August 22, 2011 - Tim Cimini was honored for his play last season as he was named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Men’s Lacrosse New England All-Star First Team.Cimini had a standout junior campaign for Springfield at close defense as he was previously selected to the Pilgrim Lacrosse League All-Conference First Team. Of the 22 players honored by the ECAC, Cimini was the only player selected from the Pilgrim Lacrosse League.
The West Hartford, Conn. product led Springfield with 22 caused turnovers this season and added 34 ground balls. Cimini helped bolster a Springfield defense that allowed jut 8.12 goals per game, including allowing just 6.20 goals per game in league play.

Keith Bugbee enters his 30th season as head men's lacrosse coach at Springfield College in 2013. Under his direction, the Pride is one of the top programs in the country. Bugbee's coaching record stands at an impressive 317-149 (.680 winning percentage). Read more.
