



Cambridge, Mass. -- April 14, 2012 -- Jesse Boyd and Joe Giannelli provided the wins, but it was not enough for the Springfield College men's tennis team as MIT came out on top by a score of 7-2 at MIT.MIT swept the doubles to take a 3-0 lead.
The Engineers then won four of the six singles matches in straight sets.

Toby Coffin G’01, enters his third year as the head men’s and women’s tennis coach at Springfield College. Coffin, who has coached at numerous high schools in the area, will look to build a program which will contend for a conference crown.
