



Complete ResultsSpringfield, Mass. - February 3, 2013 - The Springfield College women's swimming and diving team fell to visiting Amherst, 174-114, in its final dual meet of the season on Sunday afternoon in the Linkletter Natatorium.
Kellie Pennington picked up Springfield's lone win in the pool, taking the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 24.36.
Jennifer Thompson placed first on the three-meter with a national-qualifying score of 289.20, while on the one-meter, she totaled a national-qualifying mark of 287.17 as she took second.
In the 100 back, Callie Phillips was third in 1:03.24 and was also third in the 100 free after touching in 54.65. Molly Potter was the runner-up in the 100 fly after touching in 1:02.16.
Angela Harrington took third as well in the 100 breast with a 1:10.51.
Springfield will have a weekend off and before traveling to MIT for the NEWMAC Championships on Feb. 15-17
