



Springfield, Mass. - May 20, 2011 - Jackie Moscardelli continued to be honored for her outstanding junior season as a member of the Springfield College women's lacrosse team as she was named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Berkshire Region Second Team.Moscardelli was one of 224 student-athletes in Division III to be honored with a selection on one of the All-Regional teams.
Previously named the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Lacrosse Player of the Year, Moscardelli had a breakout junior year. The Weymouth, Mass. native led Springfield with 48 goals, the second-highest single season total in program history. Her 61 points ranked second on the team, and was the fourth most in a season at Springfield. She also led the Pride with 40 ground balls and added 19 caused turnovers, also second team.
For her efforts, she was also named to the NEWMAC All-Conference First Team, and was previously named to the NEWMAC All-Conference Second Team in women's soccer this fall.


Kristen Mullady ‘00, enters her fiffth season as the head women’s lacrosse coach at Springfield College. A former standout for Springfield’s women’s lacrosse team, Mullady led Springfield to back to back NEWMAC titles in 2012 and 2013. Read more.
