Amherst, Mass. - March 23, 2010 - The Springfield College softball team's first scheduled game in New England has been postponed due to rainy weather. The Pride was slated to travel to take on Amherst College on Tuesday afternoon. However, heavy rains in the area have postponed the action.The game will now take place on Thursday, March 25 at Amherst at 4:00 pm.
Julie Perrelli enters her fifth season at the helm of the Springfield College softball program and as an assistant professor of physical education. Coming off her first ever NEWMAC title and a NCAA berth she has compiled a 102-69 mark with a .590 winning percentage. Read more.
