Babson Park, Mass. - November 12, 2012 - For the second-straight week, Jennifer Thompson was selected as the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Diver of the Week after a pair of strong showings last week.The Cheshire, Conn. native performed well in a both of Springfield's dual meets last week. At Smith College on Tuesday, Thompson recorded a winning mark of 252.60 on the one-meter before posting a national-qualifying score of 270.90 on the three-meter board.
In a dual meet with MIT over the weekend, Thompson swept the diving events with a pair of national qualifying standards. She won the one-meter board with a score of 269.39 before totaling a 281.77 to win the three-meter board.
