Webb Garners NEWMAC Softball Offensive Player of the Week Accolades Boston, Mass. - April 14, 2014 - Springfield College sophomore Jenna Webb (Harrison, N.Y.) earned New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Softball Offensive Player of the Week accolades on Monday.

The Physical Education major led the Pride at the plate as Springfield went 5-1 in conference play. Last week, the outfielder hit .571 in the five games she appeared in, totaling a slugging percentage of .786. She tallied eight hits, including three doubles, scored four runs and drove in six in wins as Springfield swept both Emerson and Clark before splitting a doubleheader with Babson.

Webb and the Pride have a busy week on the diamond, playing Coast Guard on Monday, WPI on Tuesday, Keene State on Wednesday, Wellesley on Friday, and Wheaton on Saturday.
