Maher Earns Pilgrim Lacrosse League Player of the Week

- After leading the Springfield College men's lacrosse team to a pair of wins against teams in last week's USILA National Poll, Rob Maher
was named the Pilgrim Lacrosse League Player of the Week.
The sophomore goalkeeper was sensational in Springfield's 14-5 win over 8th-ranked Middlebury as he posted a career-best 17 stops in goal. In Saturday's win 11-6 win over Keene State in Florida, Maher played the first 30 minutes, giving up just two goals while making seven saves. For the week, he had a save percentage of .774 and a 4.67 GAA.
