Women's Swimming & Diving Finishes 38th At NCAA's
ST. LOUIS, Mo., March 14, 2004 – Springfield College junior All-American
Megan Skinner (Acton, Mass.) finished third in the 200-yard backstroke (2:03.71) to earn her fourth career All-America award at the NCAA Division III Championships on Saturday (March 13).
Skinner also placed 11th in the 100-yard backstroke (58.80). The Pride’s lone competitor at the meet, Skinner compiled 22 points to finish 38th out of 59 scoring teams.
The Pride won their fourth consecutive New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Championship this season while compiling a 9-3 record.
