Greenstein Selected as NEWMAC Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week Wellesley, Mass. - October 15, 2012 - After posting a pair of shutouts last week, senior Erin Greenstein was selected as the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.

With her two blank sheets last week, the Framingham, Mass. native became the program's all-time leader in career shutouts, having now notched 26 in her career.

She made five saves in a 0-0 draw with UMass Dartmouth before registering seven stops in a 1-0 win over MIT in the rematch of last year's NEWMAC Championship. 

Greenstein and the Pride are back in action on Tuesday night at home against Coast Guard.

Gibson has led the Pride to the NCAA Tournament in five of the last seven years and has established the Pride as one of the top programs in the country.
