MacDonald was one of seven offensive lineman to earn first-team honors, while Weiss nine defensive backs to take home second-team accolades.
The teams are selected from a possible 41 institutions from seven conferences, and the voting is completed by the head coaches within the Division III Football North membership. This year, the Pride owned a 7-3 record and won its second-straight ECAC Division III Championship Bowl game after edging Norwich, 28-27.
This marks yet another postseason award for MacDonald, who previously was named to the New England Football Writers Division II/III All-New England team, D3football.com All-East Region Third Team, as well as the Liberty League All-Conference First Team.
MacDonald anchored an offensive line that averaged just over 300 yards per game on the ground, which ranks seventh best in Division III.
Weiss, who was earlier named to the Liberty League All-Conference First Team, finished the season with a team-best 71 tackles, including 47 solo stops. He also recorded five pass break-ups and three interceptions, including a 93-yard pick he returned for a touchdown at Mount Ida.
