Women’s Gymnastics Falls to MIT 183.900-183.650

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb.26 – Springfield College sophomore Jill Silverman (Ipswich, Mass.) took first place on the vault but the Pride narrowly lost to MIT, 183.900-183.650, Saturday in Cambridge, Mass.

Silverman won the vault (9.350) and was second on the parallel bars (9.350). Pride freshman Kerry McGowan (East Lyme, Conn.) tied for first-place on the beam with a score of 9.450.

The Pride’s next competition is home against RIC on Sunday, March 6.
