The Cedar Run, N.J. native was influential in the fifth-ranked Pride's upset of No. 3 Juniata over the weekend. It was the first time since 2000 that Springfield defeated the Eagles at home.
In the game, Fredrickson led the Pride to a 3-2 win in Dana Gymnasium. The junior right side hitter was solid all night as he hammered home 16 kills to go along with three aces and three blocks in the victory.
Hitting at a .303 clip, Fredrickson set the tone in the match as he recorded seven kills in the opening game for the Pride.
