Women's Indoor Track Places 25th At All-New England's

MEDFORD, Mass., Feb. 23, 2002 - - Junior Erin Pac (Farmington, Conn.) finished third in the pentathlon for Springfield College, which placed 25th in Saturday's All-New England Track and Field Championship at the Gantcher Center.

Pac totaled 3148 points in a field that included the top athletes from Divisions I, II, and III. Pac also captured ninth place in the 55 hurdles (8.79), and freshman Jenn Saucier (Derry, N.H.) placed 15th in the 3000 (10:56:53).

The University of Connecticut finished first (183) followed by Northeastern (104), Wheaton (55.5), Boston College (45.5), and the University of New Hampshire (42.5).
