



Complete ResultsSchenectady, N.Y. -- January 7, 2012 -- The Springfield College men's swimming & diving team lost a pair of competitions today in a tri-meet at Union College. The Pride fell to Union and Hartwick, despite a pair of individual second-place finishes from diver Kenny Pancoast.
The SC men lost to host Union, 145-98. They also lost to Hartwick, 177-66.
For the Pride, Pancoast, a junior from Monroe, Conn., scored 273.90 points in finishing second in the 3-meter diving. He also placed second in the 1-meter diving event with 262.30 points.
SC also took a second in the 400-yard freestyle relay with the quartet of senior Scott Mackstutis (Torrington, Conn.), junior Scott Peters (Glastonbury, Conn.), junior Nolan Manley (Monson, Mass.), and sophomore Jason Scotto (Southbury, Conn.) in a time of 3:19.43.
Next Saturday (Jan. 14), SC will compete at NYU at 12 noon.
