



Behind a strong showing from Miller, the Pride finished in second place in the sixth team event with 152 total points. Miller himself tallied 27 points for the Pride.
A native of Storrs, Conn., Miller had several terrific performances in the meet. He placed second in the 55 meter hurdles in a time of 8.27 as well as finishing second in the pole vault with a height of 4.19 meters.
Miller tied for first place in the men's high jump with a height of 1.86 meter and finished fifth in the shot put with a make of 12.75. He also finished eighth in the long jump (5.92m) and anchored the fourth-place 4x400 relay team.
