Thompson Earns Another NEWMAC Weekly Honor

Thompson Earns NEWMAC Diver of the Week Honors Babson Park, Mass. - December 10, 2012 - For the fourth time this season, Jennifer Thompson was honored as the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Diver of the Week.

The Cheshire, Conn. native continued to dominate with a pair of national-qualifying marks in Springfield's dual meet victory over visiting Middlebury. On the one-meter, Thompson won with a mark of 280.72, before taking the three-meter with a 290.77.

Thompson and the Pride will not compete again until January 8th when they compete in a tri-meet versus Hartwick and Union in Oneonta, N.Y.
