



The Pride left Blake Arena at 10:30 am before flying out of Bradley International at 1:00 pm. From there, the Pride caught its connecting flight in Chicago before arriving in St. Louis at 4:30 pm.
After some down time in the hotel, the squad grabbed a bite to eat at Joe Bucks BBQ in downtown St. Louis before calling it a night.
Springfield will have an action-packed day on Thursday as it practices at 11:00 am at Washington University before doing some community service at the St. Patrick Center, which services the homeless in St. Louis, in the afternoon. The day will conclude with the NCAA Championship banquet in the evening, which will be highlighted by Pride having three student-athletes honored for being named All-Americans.
The Pride will finally hit the courts on Friday when it battles Carthage College at 3:00 pm, Central time.

Moira Long will enter her third season as head women's volleyball coach in the fall of 2013. Long wasted little time putting her stamp on the program, taking the Pride to the NCAA Championship Elite Eight in 2011.
