ECAC Division III All-Star TeamSPRINGFIELD, Mass. – December14, 2007 – The Springfield College field hockey team had one student-athlete honored as and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Field Hockey All-Star announced on Monday.
Senior Emma Kaplan (Ridgefield, Conn.) was chosen as a Second-Teamm All-Star selection.
In her final season in the cage for the Pride, Kaplan was chosen as a Second-Team All-Star. Kaplan appeared in all 25 games for the Pride, and led the conference in save percentage at .858. A native of Ridgefield, Conn., Kaplan allowed just 19 goals all season and registered 115 saves.
