



A local product from Amherst, Massachusetts, Stosz had an outstanding week as she recorded 62 kills (3.1 per game) while hitting .282 and adding 28 blocks (1.4 per game) in five matches. In the Pride's five-game NEWMAC win at Smith on Tuesday, Sept. 18, Stosz led the charge as she recorded a game-high 19 kills, eight blocks, and added five digs.
In the MIT Invitational last Friday and Saturday, Stosz had several great performances which started off with a 14-kill, seven-block effort as she hit .426 in the Pride's 3-1 win over Bates. In the Pride's lone loss of the week to Tufts, Stosz tallied seven kills and four blocks in three games. On Saturday, the freshman middle blocker hammered out 14 kills and registered six blocks against Colby, before chipping in with eight kills and three blocks in a three-game sweep of Bowdoin.
For the year, Stosz leads the team in kills (158), hitting percentage (.226), solo blocks, (27), and block assists (39).
