



Complete ResultsHanover, Ind. - November 22, 2008 - For the second-straight year, Mike Griffin represented Springfield College as he raced in the 2008 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships this morning.
The Scarborough, Maine native crossed the finish line in 25:54.15, placing 152nd out of 278 runners. The senior ran the 8k course with an average mile time of 5:12.
His run today was quite an improvement on his run a year ago at the same NCAA Championships, in which he placed 206th out of 280. Last year, Griffin finished with a time of 26:25, as he improved this year by over 30 seconds.
Bryan Brown will enter his second season as the head men's cross country coach in the fall of 2012. Brown, who was a former All-American at Springfield College in track, led Springfield to a second-place finish at the NEWMAC Championships a year ago .
