Brandeis Holds Off Men's Soccer, 4-3

Matt Sullivan (Springfield, Mass.) scored twice but the Pride fell to Brandeis University, 4-3, in a non-conference match this afternoon at Brock-Affleck Field.

Shelton Stewart led the Judges (8-6-2) with three goals in the match. Senior forward
Chris Shannon added the other goal.
Sullivan’s first goal was assisted by senior forward
Andrew Edwards (Brookfield, Conn.) while senior forward
Ryan Lavner (Shrewsbury, Mass.) registered an assist for Sullivan’s second goal.
Senior goalkeeper
Ben Doyen-Charon shined in net for Brandeis, stopping seven shots.
With the loss, SC falls to 2-9-3. The Pride is back in action on Saturday, Oct. 25 against Babson at Brock-Affleck Field at 1 p.m.
