Women’s Tennis Falls to Wellesley, 8-1
SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Sept. 13, 2003 – Wellesley College freshman
Hana Freymiller (Anchorage, Alaska) took first place in number-one singles play as the Blue defeated Springfield College, 8-1 on Friday.
Freymiller teamed up with
Erika Fitzhugh (Little Rock, Ark.), to win their number-one doubles match, 8-2.
Wellesley improves its record to 1-0, while the Pride falls to 1-3 on the season.
