Springfield, Mass. - February 26, 2009 - For the second time this season, Ty Evans has been honored by College Gymnastics Association for his performance against Temple on Friday evening.The freshman from San Jose, Calif. captured second place in the all-around as he scored a 84.10. He also won the high bar event (14.35), finished second in the vault (15.75), fourth in the floor exercise (14.30), and fourth in the parallel bars (14.00).
Entering his 31st season as head men's gymnastics coach, Dr. Steve Posner is recognized as one of the most outstanding gymnastics coaches in the East. Posner led the Pride to another successful season in 2012 and was named the EIGL Coach of the Year. Read more.
