Cornell continues to lead the 11-team field with 1,277 points. Colgate sits a distant second with 864.4, followed by SUNY Geneseo (635.5), Ithaca (533), and Springfield (532).
Jennifer Thompson had a tremendous showing in the one-meter diving event, winning with a national qualifying score of 446.40. Teammate Paige Rhodes finished sixth with a mark of 385.75.
The Pride's 200 free relay team of Kellie Pennington, Mary Masayda, Callie Phillips, and Amanda Shaw took fourth with a time of 1:40.03. Individually, Pennington finished fifth in the 100 fly in 59.13. Breonna Harrington had Springfield's best time in the 400 IM with a 5:02.57, and Phillips took ninth in the 200 free after touching in 1:57.27.
The Pride's 400 medley relay team of Kelsey Poole, Nicolle Stracqualursi, Pennington, and Phillips registered a time of 4:03.41. Stracqualursi would later swim in the 100 breast in 1:10.03 to take 14th place.
Molly Potter had Springfield's strongest showing in the 200 fly, clocking in at 2:21.72, while Stephanie Antonellis finished the 100 back in 1:04.90.
Pennington, Poole, Ashleigh Monroe, and Phillips completed the 800 free relay in 7:51.98, good enough for fifth place.
