Hay Headed To NCAA Indoor Track and Field Indoor Championships

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - March 12, 2008 – Sophomore Nikki Hay has qualified to compete in this weekend's NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio.

Hay is seeded fourth in a field of 16 in the triple jump, an event she has excelled in all year. The Norwalk, Conn. native's longest jump of the season happened last weekend at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships. She recorded a mark of 11.61 meters, or 38-1 1/4.
