No. 10 Wrestling Defeats Norwich, 28-12
SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Jan. 22, 2003- Springfield College senior
Keith Poloskey (Middle Island, N.Y.) defeated Nolan Cisper in a major decision during Wednesday’s match in Blake Arena to lead the Pride to a 28-12 victory over the Norwich University Cadets.
Springfield College also received a huge contribution from sophomore
Mike McWilliams (Newton, N.J.) who defeated Jon Capen in his 174-pound match, 16-2, to earn yet another major decision for the Pride.
With this victory, the Pride improved to 9-3 on the season. SC goes for its seventh New England Collegiate Coaches Wrestling Association Championship in eight seasons this Saturday, Jan. 25. The championship will be held at Coast Guard.

Jason Holder will enter his second season as head wrestling coach in 2012. Holder had a standout first season at the helm of the Pride, leading Springfield to the NEWA Duals Championship and taking three wrestlers to the NCAA Championships.
