Women's Tennis Edges Mount Holyoke 5-4
SPRINGFIELD, Mass., September 12, 2003- Springfield College sophmore
Suzanne Caiati (New Canaan, Conn.), won at first singles and first doubles leading the Pride to a 5-4 win over Mount Holyoke in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference women's tennis action today.
Junior
Aimee Dalenta (Tolland, Conn.) and freshman
Meghan Kelly (Queensbury, N.Y.) were also victorious at fourth and sixth singles, respectively. as the Pride improved their record to 1-2 and 1-1 in the NEWMAC. Dalenta also won her first-doubles match, teaming up with senior
Melissa Boyington (Seaford, Del.).
The Pride host Wellesley College Saturday at 1 p.m.
