Men's Tennis Edges Clark, 4-3
Springfield Mass., April 16, 2003 - - Springfield College freshman
Justin Freitas (East Providence, R.I.) won in #4 singles, the tie-breaking match, to lift the Pride past Clark, 4-3, in a New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference match at Appleton Courts Wednesday afternoon.

Yuta Yoshi (Yokosuka, Japan) won in #1 singles while junior
Chris Sweeney (Wakefield, Mass.) took #3 singles.
Springfield swept doubles play as Yoshi and sophomore
Rich Aseltine (Tyngsboro, Mass.) took first place in #1 doubles, Freitas and Sweeney teamed up to win #2 doubles and sophomore
Tim Losee (Berlin, N.H.) and junior
Chris Brouses (Delran, N.J.) took #3 doubles play.
Oliver Hartman, Nikola Milinkovic and Micah Veilleux won in singles play for Clark.
