Women's Tennis Loses To Mount Holyoke, 9-0
Mass. Sept. 13, 2002 – Springfield College women’s tennis team fell to Mount Holyoke, 9-0, in a New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) contest at Appleton Courts.
With the loss, Springfield drops to 0-2 on the season while Mount Holyoke improves to 2-0.

Toby Coffin G’01, enters his third year as the head men’s and women’s tennis coach at Springfield College. Coffin, who has coached at numerous high schools in the area, will look to build a program which will contend for a conference crown.
