Women's Tennis Edges Simmons College, 5-4

Suzannne Caitai (New Canaan.)
won at #1 doubles 9-8 (4) and at #1 singles 6-0, 6-1 propelling the Pride to a 5-4 victory over Simmons College at Appleton Courts.
SC senior
Amy Dalenta (Tolland, Conn.)won her #1 doubles match, and #3 singles match
6-4, 6-1, 6-1.
Megan Kelly (Queensbury, N.Y.) also had a big day for the Pride recording wins at #2 doubles 8-6, and #2 singles 6-1, 6-2.
The Pride improves to 3-5 (1-2 NEWMAC) and travels to Smith College on Oct. 5th for a conference match.
