Springfield, Mass. -- April 14, 2012 -- A single in the bottom of the seventh inning by
Mike McGowan gave his Springfield College baseball team a walk-off 3-2 victory over the Coast Guard Academy in game #1 this afternoon in a New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference game at SC's Berry-Allen Field.
With the win, Springfield raises its record to 13-12 overall, and 7-7 in NEWMAC play.
