Diving Places Third In SC Diving Invitational
SPRINGFIELD, Mass., January 18, 2004 – Springfield College sophomore diver
Lacey Feduke (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.) finished second in the women’s one-meter dive (256.75) and the women’s three-meter dive (257.35) as the Pride finished third in the Springfield College Diving Invitational this afternoon at the Linkletter Natatorium.
Fairfield University won the event with a total team score of 108, as diver Peter LoVerme placed first in the men’s one-meter dive (241.30).
Brown University diver Jessica Larson finished first in the women’s one-meter dive (271.70) and first in the three-meter dive (275.25) to lead Brown to a second place finish, with a team score of 97.
Peter LoVerme and Jessica Larson were both honored as Divers of the Meet for this afternoon’s competition.

Diving Coach Peter Avdoulos
Peter Avdoulos is regarded as one of the top diving coaches in the nation, and will enter his 29th season as the diving coach for both the men's and women's programs in 2013-2014. The current NEWMAC Women's and Men's Diving Coach of the Year, Avdoulos has coached countless All-New England and All-American divers, as well as several National Champions.
