NYU Topples Men's Swimming and Diving, 170-106

Springfield College Men's Swimming Complete Results

New York, N.Y. - January 14, 2012 -- The NYU men's swimming & diving team defeated its counterparts from Springfield College, 170-106, this afternoon in New York.

For the Pride, Josh Ernst came through with a first place finish in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:08.07.

The Pride also won the 400-yard freestyle relay with a time of 3:19.24. Teaming on that relay were Scott Mackstutis, Hayden Cassidy, Jason Scotto, and Nolan Manley.

Kenny Pancoast came through with a pair of second-place finishes in the diving events. In the one-meter diving, he scored 287.85 points. In the three-meter event, he scored 252.75 points.

On Sunday, SC will host MIT and the Coast Guard Academy at the Art Linkletter Natatorium.
